Step 1:

Please enter the following URL into your web browser – https://lms.qualityinteractions.org.
Click on link labeled 'New User: Click here'.

Step 2:

Enter assigned Organization ID and click the button labeled 'Submit'. For assistance with the Organization ID, please contact your site administrator.

Step 3:

• Complete the registration form and click the button labeled 'Submit'. Your User ID is your (Unique Identifier Provided By Organization).
• Fields marked with ** are required fields for CME/Contact Hours credit.

Step 4:

• Look for the appropriate course and credit and click on the link. a dialog box will ask you to confirm your choice for enrollment.
• To begin the course click on the course name.

Step 5:

• Course will be launched in a new web browser window. You may see a dialog box (pictured below) that is labeled 'Security Information'. If so, please click on the button labeled 'Yes' to begin the course.

Once the course is loaded you will be brought to the title screen of the course.
Click Continue to begin.
You may exit the course between sections and between patient cases.

Important note: When you are not actively engaged in using the course, please use the Exit Course button located in the lower right corner of your screen. This will ensure that the course is able to record your progress. Please also log out of the learning management system web page by clicking the button in the upper right labeled 'LOG OUT'.

Returning to the Course

Step 1:

• In Internet Explorer go to https://lms.qualityinteractions.org
• Enter Organization ID, User ID and the password you created for this course when you registered.

Step 2:

• Click on the course name.
• Course will then be launched. Use the course menu to choose the section of the course you would like to work on. Check marks indicate the sections you have already completed.

If you have forgotten your Organization ID or password for this course or have any trouble logging back in, please contact your site administrator.

Please complete your evaluation in order to receive CME/CEU/CM credit. Upon completion of the evaluation, you may then print out the CME/CEU/CM letter for your records.
